Danielle was the best, she really knew how to help with my issue and was so kind . She never got frustrated like I was. Props to her for excellent knowledge and customer service! This was at the Lebanon branch.

Calling them gets answered by someone at another branch, so info isn't accurate like lunch hours or if someone is available. I walked-in at 2:30 and the guy who opens accounts was at lunch. I thought it was strange that all the lobby chairs are facing the parking lot. I came back an hour later and was able to set up an account with Michael. He was very nice.
