Brian and Austin did a terrific job cleaning and sealing our furnace ducts and air returns in our old house. Not sure how long we have been heating the whole neighborhood, but not any longer. Thanks guys!

Efficient & Thorough

We have a 2-story home and hired CEC to clean (vacuum) the floor ducts, ceiling air take vents & our dryer vent. Brian & Austin were running early & gave us the option of moving our appt time up, which was great. They were fast, efficient & very professional. Plus, they were nice & fun to talk to. Our dryer vent had a great amount of lint & dog hair build up; they made sure the entire area behind our dryer was clean. Our dogs were totally in love with them by the time they left. ;-) Highly recommend.

Jamie serviced the furnace and heat pump and was very thorough. He inspected 3 floor vents to be sure the ducts were clean. He verified ahead of time the filters that we need and brought them with him. He explained about an Indoor Air Quality system and sent me an estimate as promised. He was very polite and respectful of our concerns about safety in our home and wore a mask the entire time. He filled out the information on the tablet and let me read it but did NOT ask me to touch it. He was great! I would be very happy to have him work in my home again!

Superb customer service

CEC makes dealing with our HVAC services a cinch. Veronica is a delight to work with to start with. Shr is knowledgeable of what we need. She is on top of setting up our routine maintenance, and overall peace of mind. Aaron and Ryan are both great Technicians. They are informative with any thoughts or concerns with our system. They are professional and very friendly as well. We use their quarterly maintenance plan and everything is perfect. After the fires that plagued our area in 2020, CEC took care of us and getting our system clean and healthy.

My furnace wasn’t working and I called CEC on a Friday evening. Ryan answered and helped me over the phone with options. He then came to the house at around 9 pm and diagnosed the issue. He left with the house with the heat running! We really appreciated his professional service!

Clean Energy Comfort helped me with installation of a gas line and installation of a stove after the big box retailer who sold me the stove dropped the ball. I am sure I was not their biggest customer, but you would not know that by the service I received from everyone at this company. Fast turn around of bids, quick scheduling and personable and skilled technicians made for a great experience. The price was right too! Rare to see a company care as much about service as they do about sales! A+ to this company!

We had CEC install a gas furnace and heat pump this week. It was a big decision and the stuff is expensive. We felt like we were well informed about our choices for the two day job. On installation day, Devin and Daniel were very nice guys, explained how they would be working, answered our questions and got to work. Not far into the day, they discovered a nasty water leak under our house as they were running some wires. As bad (and unexpected) as that was for us, how they responded to help us was really above and beyond. They didn't just say 'better call a plumber', but helped us get the water to the house turned off so we could begin a fix and they could continue to do what we hired them for. The next day, Josh joined them to finish the work. Their attention to detail, willingness to help us get familiar with a new system, and respectful cleanliness was big, They honestly took pride in doing it right. These guys were top drawer all the way around. They get what is means to be professionals. Thanks!

A great company!

C.E.C. Is a customer oriented company. From Zack in sales to Devon and Daniel in installation, we received top notch service in a timely manner with minimal interruption to our routines. Devon and Daniel did a furnace/heat pump/ thermostat replacement in a single day. They left our home in pristine conduction inside and out. They even hosed and swept their muddy footprints off the sidewalks before they departed. A/C Installation

Ductless System- Staff, Professional, Timely, Efficent and Great Customer Service

We are the fourth in the family to use CEC Heating and Cooling. From Chris coming out the first day to Damien and Devon on the last day, it was a great experience. We highly recommend this company. Everyone was professional, timely, and completed what was promised. Can't say enough good about the company and have already given their name to others and shared our experience. It was refreshing to have a positive experience with a company.

Install of new air conditioning unit by Damien Chernishov and Devin Felger

Damien and Devin came out and installed a new air conditioner, complete with new lines and adapted it to fit with the existing gas heat pump. They were professional, courteous and friendly. They explained what they were doing, discussed different options for installation of the lines and did a fantastic job. They also readjusted the housing for the new air conditioner to make it fit the existing space. Thanks to Damien and Devin, our house is once again cool and comfortable. Both young men were a model of customer service. From our first contact with the professionals who diagnosed our existing system, to Chris who came to our home and very professionally and respectfully assessed it for the appropriate sized unit, CEC has exceeded our expectations! Installation new HVAC system

On 3/9/2020 We had a new HVAC system installed by CEC so far it has been a great experience from the start. So this being lets start with Zach the consultant he was very thorough measuring,looking what we had answering any questions we had and gave us several options went over them with us. Just a great experience over all. Next was Ryan he came to check out area were the unit was going also the return air vent was going. Great personality and people skills as well. Now to the Install Tech. Devin and Damien neat guys as well have great work ethic again answered any questions we had and take pride in there work in my eyes was a great install . Then the guy that cleaned the vents and ducting can't remember his name but again very polite and good work ethic. Great experience over all. Thanks again James

Excellent!

I had service in June on a unit that I have been absolutely dissatisfied with that was sold and installed by an unnamed company in Salem. They were terrible. Thank you CEC for saving my sanity. For the first time in the two years we have had this $17k unit, it is finally working. I am so very grateful for the expertise and professionalism from the first telephone contact until the work was completed. It is now December and I have had my quarterly maintenance and again CEC is great! You won't find anyone any better! Thank you CEC team.
