Hands down, best managing group I've worked with. Super professional, organized, and respectful. I currently reside out of state. I never had to worry about delayed rent or anything regarding the units. Gail took care of every single detail from A to Z. Never had any problems with tenants because all tenants were screened prior to signing agreements. Never had an issue with occupancy because the turnover rate was extremely efficient and in a timely manner. My agent and I have referred Gail multiple times. Recommend x1000.
Scott and Gail are such a power duo! When my husband and I first met them they were very friendly, professional and charismatic. We know as being renters the importance of having a property manager that we feel a certain comfort level with. If there is ever an issue at Cedar Ridge we know that we can contact them and the problem will be resolved quickly. To us, a great property manager is being attentive to the tenants needs or requests and they are an outstanding representation of that. There has been a couple of concerns that I have had here and they were very quick to respond with a resolution. I also like that there is a basketball court here that I feel is safe to send my son to. The property has several security cameras and for us as parents, it feels like extra reinforcement knowing that we have that extra level of security. We are very happy to live under Castle Property Management and we would definitely recommend this power duo.
