Bob Tessmer is an outstanding real estate agent! I purchased a beautiful parcel through him. He made the process easy and pressure free. He also set completely accurate expectations regarding closing costs and timing even though both of these were controlled by the title company. He even helped me with some things which were not his responsibility after the closing. Bob is a great guy! I hope to do more business with Bob in the future.
I cannot begin to convey the attributes of Robert and how he totally has mastered all that a realtor should do to earn their commission! I am NOT a fan of that industry and have fired all 4 realtors I have hired in the last 12 years and sold FSBO. My last property sold for 1.3 mil so these are NOT your average buyers, nor your "easy to market" property, being a full blown working ranch. He (and his wife and son) have mastered drone footage and placing it to music and broadcasting it EVERYWHERE! Sold in less than a month. Incredible.
