Wow, I’m *BLOWN* away by Casa Adobe! My coworker recommended the Dynamita Fries and they’re BEYOND AMAZING!!! You can choose your meat (chicken, chorizo, etc) I use the drive through, and there’s typically a 15 minute wait but the food is so hot and fresh. I was truly shocked at how amazing it tasted. My only small complaint is that my son wanted rice in place of fries but they wouldn’t do that. They removed the fries and charged me $3+ extra for the rice which came in a separate container and we had to take it home and assemble it. I truly don’t think it was asking too much to swap the fries for rice. Other than that, I am soooo very excited to have this place close by to go on my lunch breaks. HIGHLY recommend. ETA: I went a third time and ate inside this time. The restaurant is very clean and the workers are so nice!
