I am so impressed by the service I received. My tech explained everything on my heating and cooling system. Showed me the different components and what they do in relation to my geothermal system. I had several questions regarding the system and he was knowledgeable and answered each one in full detail. I have used other heating and cooling companies and they are by far superior to their competition. I would highly recommend this company.
These guys are great. Dave took the time to explain our options thoroughly, did not rush us and was able to get our project completed in less than 24 hours from approval of quote. The two installers who came out were fantastic as well. Very professional and did a clean install! Carter's came recommended by a friend, and I'm happy to have hired Carter's. I would do so again in the future with absolutely no reservation. There are lots of choices out there, and it's nice to know these guys are in Omaha! Totally trust them to do the right thing.
