4 Star Review By L N
Everything seemed fine until I noticed a flaw in the repair on the bumper that was replaced after being rear ended. I thought it was a flaw in the paint technicians work but when I returned the car to them today to hopefully fix it the worker there said it's a flaw in the bumper and not in the paint. She told me that Toyota has been making lots of parts with defects since the covid 19 virus. I bought my car in 2021 and it's a 2022 and it had no flaws in it. I expected a simple replaced bumper to look like new again. Not acceptable. Working in a dental office I would never try to pass off a defective crown to a patient. I would make it right. That wouldn't fly. It's on Caliber Collision to not accept flaws parts in the future. This is not acceptable for accepting almost 2,000 dollars for a simple repair to a car with only 25,000 miles on it. I have 2 pics of after the repair here.
