This was a cute little coffee shop. When doing more research I see that it is a chain. However they still give that small homie coffee shop vibe. The baristas are very nice and knowledgeable on helping create a drink that is just for you. The inside is very clean with a colorful background. Also if you don’t want to walk in they have drive-thru window as well. Go grab a cup of coffee and check it out for yourself.
Their cold brew is pretty good, and the americano is alright. Customer service is usually nice and quick, except for the last time I went. Whoever was taking my order was a little blunt and passive, which I guess is understandable. Everyone has bad days or just isn't in the mood sometimes, so I get it. It was just a much different experience than my visit before that, where I had a whole conversation with a different worker and they were really kind and patient with me while I ordered. Either way, it's still a really cool place and I recommend it to anyone who wants to wean off of Starbucks. To me, Brevity's coffee is similar to Starbucks only it's slightly better and they offer more flavors/varieties. It's also slightly cheaper, too. 5 / 5 stars.
