I should start with saying that I'm extremely picky with my vehicles. Minor flaws drive me nuts, and I've never really been fully satisfied with any body shop in the past. The level of service that this place provides is absolutely unbelievable. One word to sum this place up, professionalism. Kris Riffe, was the gentleman who did an outstanding job walking me through the estimate and the cost analysis. He helped guide me through the headache of using another driver’s insurance, and made the whole process make sense. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The car looks great! Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here, even if you're as picky as me. Work done: Replaced Bumper and Lower Bumper Cover When I pointed out I didn't have the trunk sticker protector, Kris was able to get back to me within 24 hours and scheduled to swing by the shop to get it put on.
