Awesome customer service from the very courteous receptionist scheduling the appointment to the technician doing the repair was a first class all around. I highly recommend Birchfield as an honest and well run organization.
We have been using Birchfield for a number of years now and love the quality of their products, their very competitive prices, and the excellent service which they have always given us. Amber has been especially wonderful to work with. We have found her to be one of the friendliest people in Albany and she has always gone out of her way to coordinate a visit from one of her excellent service technicians and/or direct us to a great deal on a new unit for the rental homes which we own in this area when its appropriate. In prior years we had tried several other HAC businesses in our area and none of them could compare with our consistently positive experiences with Birchfield!
