This place is great! The staff are SO amazing and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. Spacious compared to other places I’ve stayed. The lobby and common space are clean and open. The breakfast that comes with the room has TONS of options. Located just in north end of Lebanon. So Albany quite close (15 mins). Great location if visiting either of those. The hotel is set back from Hwy 20 so it is quiet. There is a beautiful garden with a pond to stroll Thru as well. The event center staff are great and easy to work with. This place does truly deserve a 5+ star rating.

I flew in from Minnesota and stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was very helpful at check in. Polite, respectful, professional would be the first 3 positives I’d say but there are many more. Plenty of amenities to help you relax. The Japanese Garden is my favorite part of the whole stay, such a relaxing environment with the Koi pond. The staff is extremely helpful, I asked for a wake up call at 6:30 in the morning they they were happy to do it, and even asked if I’d like a follow up call 10mins after. Their breakfast was delicious and had more than enough options for all. Hot food was served by a friendly staff who will walk you through the process if needed. A good review isn’t worthy if there wasn’t something “bad”. If I had to think I’d say the food at the restaurant is expensive but when I say that, trust me it is worth it! I had the fish and chips and the fish and tartar sauce was amazing. I would have liked to watch the TV at the bar when I went for drinks, (it was turned off). I’m sure if I would have asked the bartender they would have turned it on.
