Bean Farm

I must admit, I'm not thrilled with buying from anywhere other than amazon and ebay, but The Bean Farm surpassed all customer service expectations. I had questions and they returned emails quickly and when my order had specifications they worked to get me what I needed. I feel like they actually worked for me. Can't say that I've ever experienced that anywhere else. Thank you, Bean Farm! and my hermit crabs give you two claws up!

Unbelievable customer service! We buy a lot of supplies and I will always start with The Bean Farm from now on. We are in Columbia, SC but they get our orders to us in no time. They answer questions, they answer their phone, they answer emails, they actually talk to customers!!! Do yourself and your reptiles a favor, become a Bean Farm customer!

I've ordered from them a few times and they are quick to ship with quality products. Made two separate orders in one day and without even asking they combined them and refunded the additional shipping. Good job guys!
