Barclay came promptly to give us the estimate and proposal. The work was scheduled for the beginning of his work season and began as planned at that time. He estimated 12 days of work, which is exactly what it took. We made a few minor revisions along the way, all of which were readily incorporated in the plan and work. His suggestions were good, practical, and did not add cost. (Our new requests did, but very reasonably.)Barclay was on site virtually every day. They cleaned up every day.
