Barbs property management has been so good to me. Valarie came to do an annual inspection and she was so kind and quick! I’ve lived here for 4 years now and have had 0 issues with them. They are fair on their rent increases and attentive to their tenants. Definitely recommend them!
I appreciated and loved living in the house I rented for 5 years. I received a bill for outstanding balance. I reached out to Barb's challenging the bill for what I put into the home. Lori reviewed my case, and I am receiving a refund based on their fair decision. I would definitely rent again from Barbs!! FYI!! I seen the negative reviews, but you need to review your lease and know Oregon laws on what Property managements can charge..
