John Bain of Bain Property Inspection Inc. should be your go-to for a home inspection. His reports are incredibly detailed and give a thorough understanding of what you’re signing up for. He leaves no readily accessible stone unturned. We used him to inspect a 180 year old historic home in downtown Lexington. We expected a lengthy list, but wanted to go into our purchase eyes wide open. His report was helpful in understanding and prioritizing repairs that were needed prior to and after closing. His in-depth knowledge of older homes is exactly what we wanted to gain by using his services. He is priced competitively for the amount of detail you will get and you can expect a report in a timely manner.
