Sometimes problems provide the opportunity for the best solutions. I had just paid off my previous phone early, over $300 I didn’t HAVE to pay, when we found out the system wouldn’t let me upgrade for another month. Customer support was not helpful, and at first the manager was unsure what could be done. John took ownership of the situation and got the upgrade done in a professional and polite manner. Amazing job AT&T!!
