Came in to get a new phone since I had dropped mine in water and it barely worked, spoke with Chris and he was able to help me and he went above and beyond and the customer service he displayed was phenomenal. He answered all my questions and let me test out a couple different phones before I decided to get the S22 Ultra. He was very kind and I was able to have an actual conversation with him unlike other stores I've gone to where they have made me feel dumb for asking questions or trying to start a conversation. I will definitely be coming back here on my next upgrade or even to get the newest galaxy watch soon(:
