I have lived in the aspen place apartments for a year now and my landlord is amazing, she has went above and beyond to help me with my complaints on my upstairs neighbor and she is very attentive and listens to your concerns and is proactive. The only issues I have had here is my upstairs neighbor is very disrespectful and doesn’t care about others! And the maintenance isn’t great they try to blame you for everything, even wear and tear from an aging apartment, or after they say they fix something but don’t actually fix it so then you have the same issue as before and they blame you! Honestly my landlord is amazing, she is very proactive when people park in your spot , she’s good at communicating and always on top of things! The issues I have are with maintenance and a disrespectful neighbor other then that I’ve enjoyed living here it’s safe for kids, clean and the community itself is great!
