Phyllis did my eyebrows first. I absolutely loved them. At my next appointment, she touched up the eyebrows, did eyeliner on my eyelids and did some pigment coloring, as I had several very light spots on my face and upper back. I could not be happier with the results. Phyllis, is professional and friendly. We are very fortunate to have someone of her talent in Lebanon!!
I’m from California and I’ve been doing permanent make up on my eyeliner for over 20 years. Not knowing anyone out here in Salem, I was very concerned I wasn’t going to find a good permanent make up artist. I have to tell you, Phyllis is the best make up artist I have ever had! She did a beautiful job on my lash enhancement along with a slight eyeliner. Came out beautiful, was just perfect. I was incredibly nervous about my eyebrows I’m losing hair in my brows and I wanted something very natural and subtle, and she did an amazing job they came out perfect as well. I had her do my lip blushing. I was very nervous because I had scar tissue from frequent cold sores, I had purple along one of my old lip lines in one section and scar tissue from a dog bite on the other side of my lip. I took Valtrex for several days before and after to make sure I didn’t get a cold sore. We used Montana pink for a natural look and she did an amazing job working through all of that to get it to look nice and blended. I highly highly recommend Phyllis! She did an outstanding job I couldn’t have been happier!
