Storage Gone Bad

I truly don't know how anybody can write a good review mine and my family's experience was a complete nightmare every month Donna the storage keeper would purposely not apply the discount that was agreed upon and always told me it needed to be corrected by some higher up before it could be applied causing now a late fee and this place doesn't just charge a 10 $20 late fee they charge 20%? And that's 20% of the original price for the unit well we can go on and on because there's several different things that Donna needs to be reprimanded for are very first encounter with her the first day we were two minutes late unloading the last dresser and she screamed at my wife and told her don't move the dresser off the trailer my wife said it's the last one then we'll be done she screamed at her and told her to shut her f****** mouth and we froze in all 100% unprofessional and after that I know why my wife did not want to speak with her anymore regarding units or any type of business so she locked us out because she said she couldn't get a hold of her and my wife works till 6:00 6:00 p.m. everyday so it's very difficult to meet Donna's expectations of communication I worked instruction construction at 95 I know it's difficult to deal with customers but this lady crosses Way beyond anybody's normal boundaries I would bet it's impossible that she hasn't been grievanced or reprimanded in the past we will be following up with more stories evidence any reviews because Miss Donna told us we had to leave because I was going to be putting our story on Facebook I said that I was only going to speak the truth and she said you speak the truth then you have to leave another one of those frozen moments
