Roxanne was excellent in arranging our travel plans. She listened to our preferences and interests, searched out deals, made suggestions of things we hadn't thought of, and an hour later, we had plane tickets, hotels, local transportation, and a sightseeing tour package. She is attentive, professional, and personable. Followed up a few days later to assure everything was set. Highly recommend!
