We needed our baffle replaced on our septic tank. These guys showed up within a few days of my call and fixed it. They were the only company that was willing to do the work before spring. They’re open year round and I highly recommend them! They are our go to for septic repairs and pumping from now on. Great people with excellent prompt service.
I called company "H" first that usually takes care of our septic system and was told, "we can't help you until sometime next week" despite telling them septic was backing up into my basement! A-1 was onsite within an hour in 9 degree weather to help dig out my tank, release the clog AND pumped out the tank within another hour! They were professional, personable, and I highly recommend them. I was not a customer before today but will not ever call the other company again! Thank you A-1 for going above and beyond.
