A-1 Septic Tank Services

We needed our baffle replaced on our septic tank. These guys showed up within a few days of my call and fixed it. They were the only company that was willing to do the work before spring. They’re open year round and I highly recommend them! They are our go to for septic repairs and pumping from now on. Great people with excellent prompt service.

I called company "H" first that usually takes care of our septic system and was told, "we can't help you until sometime next week" despite telling them septic was backing up into my basement! A-1 was onsite within an hour in 9 degree weather to help dig out my tank, release the clog AND pumped out the tank within another hour! They were professional, personable, and I highly recommend them. I was not a customer before today but will not ever call the other company again! Thank you A-1 for going above and beyond. I will recommend you to all my neighbors.

A1 pumped out my septic tank. It hadn't been pumped since installed in 1986. The guy brought a machine called a crustbuster with him to break up the solids. They did it the same day I called because it was an emergency and the system was backed up. Price was very reasonable and the guy knew what he was doing. He spent some time with the crustbuster breaking up the solids and he got it all opened up and flowing again. I later found a problem in my distribution box, cleared the obstruction and the system works great now. I'll have them back every 2 or 3 years to keep the solids down. They're going to pump my rent house next week. That one isn't an emergency yet, so I figured before it becomes one...
