The Cryotherapy there has helped with my elbows and even the facial-Cryo has assisted with my terrible allergies so far this year, would highly recommend checking it out!

I LOVE the infrared and LED light pod! Besides the benefit of better blood flow to my joints, plus the skin benefits, the total body massage is an indulgent bonus!!! I am thoroughly relaxed, rejuvenated, and detoxed after 30 minutes. It feels like a spa experience, and I can’t wait for my next one! Also, the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating to my varying schedule.
