  • Business Profile: Your default contact form is embedded by default in your business profile. However, you can change this to any other form you have in your account.
  • Landing page: When you build a landing page, you can insert any of your forms into the landing page to collect the information you want when somebody signs up.

Email Campaigns are an easy way to automate your follow-up with your contacts. We have created a “Review Invites” campaign for you that allows you to ask your contacts for a review. This campaign is special in that you have the option to add contacts to it when you upload them from the Contacts Dashboard.

Start Triggers are actions, that when taken, will add that contact to that campaign. Start Triggers are required so we know when to add your contacts to that campaign!

Stop Triggers are actions that will remove contacts from a campaign. Stop Triggers are not required, as contacts can remove themselves from your campaigns, or you can remove them as well. They will also be removed once they receive all emails in your campaign.

Email Delay is the amount of time we will wait before sending that email. This is based off of when they’re added to the campaign. For instance, if you have a 3 email series set to A.S.A.P., 4 Days, and 7 Days; If a contact is added on June 1st, they will receive an email on June 1st, June 5th, and June 8th.

Do you want to keep track of your prospects and customers? Contacts is a simple CRM (customer relationship management) tool built into our neighborhood marketing platform.

You can add contacts manually into your CRM, either one at a time or in bulk by importing a .csv file. These are designated as uploaded contacts, and each membership level has a certain limit.

Contacts can also be added when somebody fills out one of your contact forms or writes a review. These are called earned contacts, and you can have as many of these as you earn.
