The Searcy Swim Center is currently looking to fill key lifeguard positions, including a Head Lifeguard role. Head Lifeguard Position
The Head Lifeguard role is a full-time position requiring flexible availability and previous management experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be a team player who can oversee daily lifeguard activities while ensuring the safety of all patrons. To qualify, applicants must hold a current lifeguard (LG) certification.

Lifeguard Positions
The Swim Center is also hiring for regular lifeguard roles, offering a starting pay of $15.75 per hour. To qualify, candidates must be at least 16 years old and have a current LG certification. Lifeguards are required to swim weekly laps, maintain flexible schedules, and work Saturdays along with pool parties. As a team-oriented role, the ability to work well with others is essential.
