The Janet & Larry Crain Memorial Library will celebrate its grand opening on September 18, welcoming the community to its new facility. The library is named in honor of the Crains, prominent local philanthropists.
Attendees have expressed excitement online. “This is going to be a great asset for Searcy! So excited to see it and visit frequently” commented Alex Hollowell on the Searcy is MY Town Facebook group. Meanwhile, Shauna Edwards voiced more excitement, saying, “Nice! I like it. Can’t wait to take my grandson to story time and see everything our new library has to offer.”
The opening marks a significant addition to the community’s cultural and educational resources.
