The BEST! You will not find a better restaurant in all of Nicaragua. Highly recommend it and I am an American from Dallas who's been to New York and enjoyed that level of service. Just go and try for yourself!
The chicken (tenders) and waffles were supporting really good. The waffles were light and I think that's the secret. Chill place to get breakfast and wine
