All the staff here that I have had the pleasure of meeting and talking on the phone have been so caring, patient, extremely nice and they know their stuff. I recently took my kitten there and they have been absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them. Be aware you do have to wait in your car while your pet is being seen but that doesn't bother me since the care my kitten has received is top notch.
