My rental property was trashed by tenants and flooring was my top priority because the smell was so bad no one else would work without pulling out the carpet first. Reached out to three flooring companies including Yuma Home Solutions. Carlos came out the same day, talked through the plan and sent me a reasonable estimate, identified timelines, and prioritized pulling out the carpet asap. Veterans are definitely appreciated here as he even applied a Veteran discount on his estimate. During the entire process Carlos was responsive, professional, and did great quality work for a reasonable price. Carlos did an amazing job installing new carpet and luxury vinyl plank throughout the house. There is no way I could have restored this property in a week and a half without their help. Carlos and Yuma Home Solutions are the real deal.
