As a local realtor, I've had the opportunity to work with Lee and Donna many times. Lee is smart as a whip and Donna is very savvy. I have seen only the best from this company. I know that they are strict and by the rules. But, they immediately respond to my needs when issues arise from properties that I deal with that they manage. I cannot say how they react to tenants, but I have never been disappointed in their response to my needs.
I have been renting for yaquina bay property management for over 13 years, and three diffrent houses. I have always received my full deposit minus the carpet cleaning fee witch was agreed upon in my lease. This last house as I moved out, I thought I had cleaned it good enough, but Donna went over things I had missed and needed to go back and re do. It took me about another 5 hours of cleaning, but I did to it and ravaged my full deposit back. I was reading comments for other people on here about not getting their deposit back, and from my experience, it sounds like they should have done a better job. I've rented from these ladies at YBPM for quite some time, and they have a standard they have to go by . Donna has always been a fair and understanding woman and a not BS tipe of person, and far from a slumloard. Donna is a good upstanding members of our community and goes out of her way to help people when ever she can. It's people like her that keeps our community together.
