Our kitchen floor was looking pretty bad even though they weren't that old (we think the former installer didn't do such a good job). Contacted WHF and, while we were on vacation, they refinished the floors and they look new again! Thanks so much WHF!
We love our hardwood floors. The house already had some in the entry and kitchen area and we had Willamette Hardwoods pull the carpet in our dining room, hallway and bedroom, match the old hardwoods and install it in those areas. The match is perfect and we are so happy to have more hardwoods and less carpet. I hope to use WH's again in a few years when we pull more carpet out!
Bill and his team were so great to work with. Professional and reliable and great partners throughout the process. And the end product is absolutely stunning! - Colleen P. Hardwood floors Salem , Oregon
We contacted Willamette Hardwood Floors and received an in person quote within 24 hours. We discussed our timeline and they had said no problem. We then called almost 3 weeks early and asked if they could come out and start since our timeline had sped up
They were out there the next week and the place looks great. - Kaitie W. Hardwood flooring refinishing KEIZER, OR
Our recent oak hardwood installation met all our expectations. The previous wall to wall carpeting was removed, and in its place is a beautiful new Red Oak floor. Everything went very smooth, from choosing the wood grade, mill selection, receiving quotes, on to old carpet rip out, oak flooring install, sanding and the final finish coats. Good communication between us and Willamette Hardwood every step of the way. Excellent attention to detail, quality workmanship, and very professional crew. Willamette Hardwood was a pleasure to work with. We're enjoying the look and feel of our new floor, and how much it has transformed our home. Thanks! - Bruce O. Hardwood floors Salem, Oregon
We are so pleased with how our floors turned out! Bill and his crew performed some magic on our tired, pitted floors and now they have a deep, rich wood grain again! They fit us in between jobs to accommodate our needs and were very professional. Highly recommend! - Karen M. Hardwood flooring refinishing Dallas, Oregon
I would strongly recommend Willamette Hardwood Floors. From bid to final product I was really pleased with the work they did and the price they charged me for the job. At one point I was thinking about doing it myself, but I am glad I didn’t. Their work was flawless and the materials they used were like nothing I could find in the big box stores. The room is a show piece. - roger w. Hardwood floors salem, Oregon
Our house was in rough shape when we purchased it a few months ago. Willamette Hardwood Floors came in and revived our dark, poorly cared for floors into gorgeous multi-toned red oak floors. You would never guess these were the same floors as when we purchased our home. The custom wood floors vents were the cherry on top and we are so happy with the outcome. Our home actually looks like a home! Thank you Bill & team! - Alexis M. Hardwood flooring refinishing Salem, OR

We recently downsized and moved into a 1948 era house. I don't think the floors had ever been redone. They are absolutely gorgeous!! The bid was very reasonable. The time line was spot on. The first day they were late but called to say they were lost. I can't say enough good things about Willamette Hardwood Floors. - Gayle R. Hardwood flooring refinishing Mount Angel, Oregon
Watching my hardwood floors transform from dark, stained wood into BEAUTIFUL, multicolored, red oak wood is more than I could have ever hoped for! From the moment we contacted the owner Bill, everything was handled professionally, respectfully and promptly.

We placed a call on a Tuesday, Bill met us and gave an official quote for the floor on Thursday and on Friday he already had someone working on it! The job was completed by Wednesday morning!

I understand that refinishing floors cannot always be scheduled quickly. I would never rush a business but I was just blown away by the level of customer service that Bill provided.

Bill understood the square footage of my home was a smaller project. He was able to multitask his employees and squeeze us into their busy schedule. The customer service and quality of Bill and his business is OUTSTANDING! I would recommend Willamette Hardwood Floors to anyone who will listen! - Martha L. Hardwood flooring refinishing Keizer, Oregon
They did a great job of refinishing our floors and making some additional updates to really complete the job (i.e., made new floor vents, fixed gapping problems from previous work done). They went above and beyond and we are thrilled with the final product. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND! - Lindsey C. Hardwood flooring refinishing Tualatin, OR
I had several company give me bids on flooring before we started our remodel. Bill Daun was the most knowledgeable and pointed out things I had not noticed and that is why I decided to hire his company. We have a 1954 house that we were trying to remodel with a very tight timeline and budget. I quoted out quite a few other refinishing services and chose Willamette Hardwood Floors for several reasons. Their price was extremely reasonable. Bill was very helpful, coming right out with a bid within a few hours of my call, and he worked stuff out to get me scheduled right away. Terry, who did the job, even worked on Saturday to get our job completed so that we could move furniture back in to accommodate our timeline. They were professional, kind, and considerate. They draped everything, and cleaned up after themselves. Best of all, the floors look amazing. I have a 1949 home in town that we had the floors refinished... simply AMAZING JOB! I WILL recommend Bill's company to all of my clients from here on OUT! - Mike E. Hardwood flooring refinishing Salem, Oregon
Bill was very prompt in returning my initial phone call and scheduling a consultation. We were looking at installing wood into an area that was not wood and would be joining an area with existing wood, creating one large room. The older wood area needed to be refinished with the new area matching. Bill reassured us this could be done, that it would match and flow as one area. He gave us a bid that included several options. We chose to have his company do the entire job which included removing old flooring, installing new wood to match the old, refinishing entire area. Our job was scheduled fairly soon after signing the contract.
The crew showed up consistently as scheduled. They were very professional, polite as well as being friendly with our dog! We especially appreciated how well they communicated and helped us to understand the process, choices. From the initial consultation, throughout the actual work to its final completion we felt that communication was very good, the people involved friendly, professional, easy to be around. The floors are beautiful, old and new flowing as one. Thank you Bill & Crew! - Teresa P. Hardwood floors Willamette Valley, Oregon
