In planning my move from Louisville to Lexington I got quotes from a number of moving companies. After using their sister company Cardinal Movers a few years back and a recommendation from a friend, I decided to book with Wildcat. My move was yesterday and I’m still thinking about how truly great an experience it was, which is something I don’t ever remember thinking after any of the previous dozen moves all over the country I’ve gone through.
It began with an easy and friendly booking experience, but really began when I got a call from the driver, Dave, who confirmed they were on their way to Louisville. Dave was so.friendly and professional on the phone and it was a sign of things to come. Dave and his partner Logan arrived on time, and immediately got to work. They were thoughtful and careful with my house and my belongings, as well as fast and efficient. They remained happy and friendly even in light of the fact that I had a couple extremely heavy pieces on the second floor. And the same can be said for when they arrived at my new home in Lexington as the larger items had to go to the second floor. I’m addition to all I had to love, they also helped with a couple of sofas we needed moved in and out of the new house. All along the way they kept positive and smiling and happy.
