Justine's team showed up promptly at the appointed time, ready to go. All work completed within the day. Only two minor, really petty, issues: one of the downspouts was not reconnected, though one received extensive treatment (lengthening away from the footer); and my wheelbarrow was blocking the basement door to the work area when I went to check it out.
Finally, I have heard from other contractors that your prices are quite high. In conversation with another general contractor, I received an estimate of $100 per post, after I had already paid you half the bill ahead of the work being done. Except for that rather large money issue, your work was more than satisfactory. Thanks, Justin.
