Had a great experience working with Mark and Bret. Marks design for our unique space was far and away better than any of the other designs from other companies. Very impressed. Execution has been great and they’ve been attentive to addressing any concerns or changes we have had or made along with way. It’s been an amazing to see it come together so quickly.
I’m a general contractor myself, and really wanted to build the pool myself, but I wanted to be 100% sure that it was going to be supervised from someone with years of dedication and experience specially with in-ground pools. I shopped around and meet several sales people. I wanted a quality built pool for a fair price but also and more importantly backed by a company with a strong backbone. I have heard several pool companies starting jobs and then shut down their doors. This is why I went with Venture Custom Pools. I had met with one of the senior sales guys name Mark a few years back when we first built our home. I remembered that he was patient communicative super experience in the field and genuinely wanted to just build pools for his clients family to enjoy. Trust me, he doesn’t need the sale. Their was no pushy tactics or unnecessary add-ons. Simply meeting the needs of what you want in your budget. Fast forward to July 2023, and we agreed on a design and a price that was reasonable. Like I said, I shopped around. Around 15 days later, we receive the approved permits from the city. There was a little hold up on our end with our HOA but we received the green light. We met our pool manager by the name of Buddy. Yes, that is his real name. He was super awesome. He stated that he doesn’t wanna make any promises but by the way things were looking and how he was setting up his schedule, he would have this project done, swim ready in five weeks. I was a little optimistic because I know the average time it takes with all the permit process, weather and other unforeseen delays. He kept us up to speed on everything that was taking place and shared so much knowledge, as he is very experienced in every aspect in the pool industry. Within four weeks, our pool was complete. Yes, four weeks and swimming. When you have a good manager that stays on top of his crew, back by a good company, this is the result. Our pool is beautiful. It’s even better than we thought it was going to be. Special shout out to my man Buddy! Keep up the good work. And thanks for giving us enough weekends to enjoy the pool before we entered the colder season.
