Without a doubt, Lindsay, Stevie and team are one of my favorite local businesses. Even before we moved here 5 years ago I hired Velocity after an extensive review of other similar businesses in Bend. Velocity managed our future home as a rental until we moved here. They currently are managing our duplex we acquired when we moved. Lindsay has all the resources at hand that are necessary to successfully provide complete management services. I can count on Velocity to take care of all aspects of keeping both me and our tenants satisfied. Velocity took care of our tenants throughout the pandemic. We didn't miss a single month's rent. We always deal with any tenant issues jointly and she never makes a decision without informing me and discussing options before initiating whatever action we decide. No wonder Velocity is the most highly regarded local business in the category.
