Beau Williams was my contractor contact. I had a roof replacement due to missing shingles from wind and a hail storm. This is second time I've used this company. When I had my appointment with the insurance claims adjuster, Beau met with them to discuss a full roof replacement with the insurance adjuster. Everything went great and my new roof looks amazing.
Overall phenomenal experience from start to finish. There was a fairly lengthy battle with insurance to finally get them to pay and USA Roofing assisted to the best of their ability. The customer service is outstanding, the roof looks amazing, and the crew was professional! Clean up was amazing! The only evidence of them being here is the new roof. I 10000% recommend this company.
