Urban Flooring

It was a pleasure doing business with Christina. My partner and I have honestly looked at over 10+ showrooms in the OKC and Norman area for our flooring, but none of the stores were as customer-oriented, kind and professional as Urban Flooring. Christiana was very welcoming when we first came in the store and she remained courteous to us towards the whole process of ordering, picking up, and even re-ordering. Even the warehouse guy was so nice! We had a slight issue with the trims (totally our fault since we didn’t clarify what we needed) and Christiana quickly helped us resolve the issue. Urban Flooring will be our first stop for our future flooring needs (we’ll definitely buy from them again) and I truly recommend everyone to check them out!!👍👍👍

We we were initially planning on shopping around for carpet but visited Urban flooring first, and quickly decided our search would end there. Steven's customer service was stellar, and he was very down to earth. He educated us gave us some savings for the installation and the carpet which was so appreciated.

We are so thrilled with the tile flooring we purchased from Urban Flooring. The tile is perfect, the installation is perfect, with the technical help from Pat on determining what we needed, and the help from Christie in finding the right color and style of tile, we couldn’t be more pleased. The whole staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Installation was precise, quick and clean. The store is beautiful, the selection is extensive and all gorgeous. It was a wonderful experience. We are so proud of our new floor.
