EXCELLENT! Took my 2015 F150 in for a warranty issue on the paint protection from dealership. They not only took care of water spots. They thoroughly cleaned the inside and out and made the truck look like new. The owner is very hard working and dedicated to doing amazing work and making the customer happy. I highly recommend Universal. We were so impressed with the truck. I've taken my mothers car in for a complete detail inside and out and have an appointment for my van when that is complete. I drove over an hour to the shop but well worth the drive. Owner kept me posted every step of the detailing process and sent pics to show progress.

I contacted the owner of this business because a large box of wine emptied itself in my vehicle overnight and my vehicle smelled like liquor. The odor was so strong and my husband and I were unable to remove the smell. Not only were they able to remove the odor, but my vehicle looks new once again. The experience was extraordinary. I highly recommend this business.

Took two of my cars to Universal detailing and I am beyond satisfied with the service I received. I didn’t have before photos of these cars, but the black car was in the worst shape ever and Universal detailing restored it to brand new quality.
