U-Pack

We have just completed a cross country move using U-PACK. We could not be anymore grateful, thankful, or Happier that we decided to use U-PACK! Trailer was delivered to the exact spot that I requested, picked up when requested, driven across the country very quickly, and delivered to my driveway, and removed when we emptied the trailer! WITHOUT A HICCUP! Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly folks doing a wonderful job, for a great price! I can’t say enough good things about everyone at U-PACK! Absolutely outstanding!

If you were as shocked as I was by the cost to move even just a few things across the country-you’re gonna want to check out U Pack. After visiting their website-I spoke with a representative who estimated how much space my things would take up on the truck. That becomes your estimated moving cost. But get this-you only pay for what you use! My move was almost half the cost of renting a truck and driving it yourself. You pack it-they drive it. Genius! It may take a bit longer ( my things were delayed In Albuquerque due to driver shortage-but that’s not just a UPack phenomenon.) Anyway-I highly recommend you give their website a look and give them a call. I’m happy I found them!

We moved from PA to AL. The UPack was a great option for us. They dropped the trailer, we loaded and let them know when to pick up. We even had to call to push back an extra day and there was no problem. We did do the loading ourselves, so some items didn’t make it, but that’s no fault of the company or drivers. The drivers I talked to were very friendly and helpful. It took us extra time to find movers to unload the heavy stuff, and we spent the first few days unloading the lighter stuff. UPack did not give us a deadline to be finished, and when I called, they said just to let them know when it was ready for pickup. The trailer made it to us in 5 business days, and we had it parked for a total of 7 days. There were no hidden fees and everything went as planned. Next time I will hire professional movers to help us load.
