After starting the insurance claim with another roofing company, we weren't receiving answers to questions or even getting an invoice on what work would be performed for our new roof. The other company would schedule a time to meet, but never show up but would text an hour after scheduled times and say they wouldn't be able to arrive. A friend referred Aaron and his Roofing Right team to me. Contacted Aaron around 6pm and he had an estimate/invoice to me by 8 am the next morning. He was able to get us on the schedule for Saturday morning, and at a cost before our insurance payout. Outstanding customer service! His team arrived promptly at 7 am and were done before 3pm, including cleaning all the debris. Aaron was able to also file or roof warranty for us. Great experience and I highly recommend Roofing Right!
