I look forward to training each week! Tami is my trainer and she’s been so helpful, encouraging and kind. She pushes me to work my hardest but doesn’t make me feel bad for the level I’m at. I already feel like I’m getting stronger and can’t wait to start seeing results soon! The gym is very clean and everyone is friendly and polite. I highly recommend TRI-FIT!
Tri-Fit- and more specifically, Chad- has changed my life. I workout there 2-3 times a week for 45 min sessions and the facilities are top-notch. Always great music, great atmosphere, and everyone wants to see everyone else succeed.

I have always struggled with staying in shape and sticking to consistency in my health journey. In addition to him being an extremely qualified and knowledgeable trainer, Chad knows how to be the right amount of encouraging and motivating. On the days when I’m having a hard time keeping my goals in perspective, he knows exactly what to say to keep me focused and moving forward. He has set me up with a great Functional Nutritionist and ensured that I have support from all angles of my health. Since working with Chad, I feel stronger physically, but even more so mentally. I am empowered to take control of my health, push myself beyond what I thought possible, and after having a child I have finally found “me” again.
