We "shopped" from way out of town and could only get there sometimes with little notice. The agent was always responsive and helpful , and patient with us. We had some false starts before we found our home and the agent was supportive and helpful through it all. She communicated well and often and her follow up and follow through were exemplary. We'd use her again in a minute.
