Tellers are very helpful and straight to the point - had a particulary good experience making a payment on a loan with Patrick and Emily. Working with my loan officer was a pretty smooth experience, albeit as a first time loanee I felt like a lot of things weren't explained in depth and required a lot of follow-up questions. Not surprising for such a complicated process, I suppose. Lobby always seems well staffed and clean, appointments are easy to make, and unlike some other financial institutions post-COVID, the lobby is open!
