Been a member here since 1985 . . . Customer service isn't exactly their strongest area. Recently got a home equity line of credit, and the process was delayed by 10-14 days because the loan office I was dealing with was out sick for a week, and no one else on the entire staff could take over where she left off; despite repeated requests, I had to wait until she returned to work. Something to keep in mind; TFCU is a lot like dealing with a military finance office. If you're a veteran, you know what I mean.
