Tim Elliot had been retained by a former employer a few years back to represent them .I needed an attorney for a legal matter in late 2016. I called Mr. Elliot to seek legal advice. The case was complicated and I was unsure if I could win . I knew I needed a very good attorney. Tim met with me for an initial consultation at no charge. He agreed to represent me. Mr. Elliot is a native Bend resident –I liked that. Tim and his assistant Jan worked really hard ,gathered evidence , followed up on information provided and went above and beyond the scope of what was needed for me to win my case. They made me feel that my case was just as important as any high profile case . Again, I liked that. The ruling went in my favor and I am certain this was due to the fact that. Selecting a law firm/attorney can be a daunting task when surmounted with fear of the unknown of how laws and the court system works. Mr. Elliot (and Mr. Dockery) provided detailed information on what to expect from being represented, including fees and court costs which meant no surprises. I am grateful for having had Elliot, Riquelme and Wilson recommended to me by a friend who had been represented by their firm.
