Tiffany Matthews, Realtor

We are so grateful that we chose Tiffany as our real estate agent when moving to Eugene. Our situation was challenging as we were searching for a home while living in Ohio. Tiffany took the time to understand our needs and ultimately found the perfect home for us. We trusted her so much that we made an offer without seeing the home in person. Tiffany has also been a great resource for our Eugene needs after moving. All of her recommendations including painters, home cleaners, and a fencing company have exceeded our expectations.

Only because of Tiffany's expertise, her vast local network, and her amazing responsiveness was I able to purchase a gorgeous historic home in Eugene. As a lifelong New Yorker, I had seen the house for exactly 20 minutes during a family visit. I needed to return to New York, and relied on Tiffany to coordinate every aspect of the transaction: the negotiation, the inspection, the re-negotiation because of problems that turned up, the closing, and then the organizing of all the necessary repairs and upgrades. In a lifetime of home buying-and-selling I had never experienced the extraordinary level of service and commitment that Tiffany brought to this complicated transaction!

Tiffany is the best! She is efficient, smart, talented and fun to work with. She made every part of selling our home so much easier and more pleasant than we could have imagined, from overseeing improvements like painting and refinishing floors, to staging to sale. Our house looked fantastic, and the buyers are delighted!
