Came in town for a business trip and the wife found this place. Great folks here to make sure you have everything you need/want to make your stay enjoyable. Close to a lot great eateries, distilleries and downtown. Rooms are very well appointed, quiet and beds are comfortable. Rooftop lounge was very nicely done, great place to relax.
I have to preface this with that I really only write reviews when I have an exceptionally great experience. My husband and I were in town for a horse show and opted to stay at The Manchester instead of the show-recommended Hilton or Hyatt and it was a GREAT decision. The hotel was classic and elegant, yet trendy and affordable. The rooms were adorable and very clean. The bed was insanely comfortable. The downstairs lounge was very welcoming and comfortable with fantastic service and a great menu. Food and cocktails (and mocktails!) were delicious. We also had one of our dogs with us. The staff couldn't have been kinder, more welcoming or accommodating for our girl. The chef made her grilled chicken and carrots daily (off menu), they didn't mind her hanging with us in the lounge, and were constantly offering her water and pets. It is walkable, centrally located, and has plenty to offer right in the immediate area. We spend a substantial amount of time in NYC and Palm Beach this hotel could hold its' own against any upscale hotel. I really don't have enough good things to say about our experience, and look so forward to coming back next summer to stay again!
