Great experience. Chuck helped me figure out the problem and advised me to talk to Apple about getting my computer fixed under warranty. They had it for 1 day and it's as good as new. These guys know their stuff.

Had my keyboard switch with a new one due to sticky key issues with a quick turn around. Came in Monday morning and got my MacBook Pro by Thursday afternoon. Seems like the new owners have really turned this place around from the looks of the past reviews. Will definitely be recommending this spot to friends.
