I visited this business expecting one thing and got another. The owner Steve was a great source of information which I greatly appreciated. He took his time and explained the options that I had without being pushy. He was forthcoming, honest and transparent. He went above and beyond to instill trust in him and his business. He gained a loyal customer today.
In April, I stopped by as I needed help with an older ink cartridge. Although they were not able to fill my cartridge, I was advised that the problem appears to be with the printer head. I followed the instructions that I was given, and after 10 minutes of work, my printer started printing again.
