I visited this business expecting one thing and got another. The owner Steve was a great source of information which I greatly appreciated. He took his time and explained the options that I had without being pushy. He was forthcoming, honest and transparent. He went above and beyond to instill trust in him and his business. He gained a loyal customer today.

In April, I stopped by as I needed help with an older ink cartridge. Although they were not able to fill my cartridge, I was advised that the problem appears to be with the printer head. I followed the instructions that I was given, and after 10 minutes of work, my printer started printing again. I really appreciated the advice and courtesy I received at this store!! Thanks!!

Great service! I took my printer because the feeder wasn't working and they were able to fix it for me in 10 minutes and he didn't want to charge me for the service, I get my ink refills from them and they always have great prices, service and they are very friendly. great people!
